Terms of Service
Effective date: June 11, 2026
These terms govern access to Prufa, including the public website, dashboard, API, reports, CLI, MCP server, agent skill, and continuous monitoring services.
1. Agreement
By using Prufa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Prufa for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. What Prufa Does
Prufa runs real-browser checks against websites and applications to help identify broken user flows, console errors, broken links, SEO issues, tracking issues, consent issues, and related quality problems. Reports may include machine-verified findings and clearly labeled advisory opinions.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your account, API keys, test credentials, and workspace access secure. You must promptly revoke access or notify us if you believe an account or key has been compromised.
4. Customer Content and Test Credentials
You may submit URLs, flow descriptions, test data, and test credentials so Prufa can run checks. You must have the right to provide that material, and you should only provide non-production or limited-scope credentials intended for testing. Do not submit passwords, secrets, payment cards, health information, or other sensitive personal information unless we have a written agreement that expressly allows it.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Prufa to scan systems you do not own or have permission to test, bypass access controls, attack infrastructure, scrape personal data, send spam, infringe rights, violate law, or interfere with the operation of Prufa or any third-party service.
6. Reports
Free audit reports are intended to be unlisted and noindex by default, but anyone with the report URL may be able to view the report. Do not submit a URL for testing if the resulting report would expose information you cannot share with people who receive the link.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features may be offered through usage-based or subscription plans. Plan limits, prices, renewal terms, trial terms, and cancellation rules are shown at checkout or in the dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
8. Third-Party Services
Prufa may rely on third-party services for browser execution, authentication, analytics, payments, email, infrastructure, and error monitoring. Your use of those connected services may also be subject to their terms.
9. Service Changes and Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Prufa as the product evolves. We aim to keep Prufa reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Disclaimers
Prufa is a QA and monitoring tool. It does not guarantee that your website or application is secure, compliant, accessible, bug-free, or legally sufficient. You remain responsible for reviewing findings and deciding what actions to take.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prufa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The updated terms apply from the effective date shown above, unless a different date is stated.
